First, Call Us
When you ring, we’ll ask a few quick things:
- Where are you? A postcode, pub, shop, anything that helps us find you
- What vehicle are you in?
- What’s gone wrong — flat tyre, won’t start, warning lights?
- Are you and anyone with you safe?
That’s it. We just need to know what we’re dealing with so we bring the right gear.

Then We Head Out
We’re local, so we’re not waiting on instructions from somewhere miles away. As soon as we’ve got your details, we’re out the door. We know the back roads, shortcuts, and where traffic piles up, so we get to you fast. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning — we’re on call 24/7.
When We Get There
First thing is making sure you’re alright. If you’ve broken down somewhere dangerous — fast road, no hard shoulder — we’ll get you somewhere safer.
Then we’ll take a look. A lot of the time it’s something we can fix there and then. Jump-starts, tyres, quick fixes — we carry the gear for all that. If it’s something bigger, we’ll load the car on the truck and take it wherever you want — home, garage, wherever.

While You’re Waiting
If you’re waiting for us to turn up, here’s what we always say:
- Try and get yourself somewhere safe — away from traffic if you can
- Leave your hazard lights on
- If you’re on a motorway or dual carriageway, it’s often safer to get out and stand behind the barrier
- Don’t try and fix anything unless you’re 100% confident
- Keep your phone on and charged so we can call if needed

- Location (postcode or nearest landmark)
- Vehicle make, model, and plate number
- A quick idea of what’s gone wrong
- Anything else we need to know (like if your car’s very low or modified)
